NOTARIZED AFFIDAVITS:
This form is to be completed for a student attending a school within the DeKalb County School District who resides with his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s), but whose residence is located in the home of another adult living within the boundaries of the DeKalb County School District. The Affidavit of Residence is valid for the current school year only, as long as the student and the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) continue to reside at the address listed on the affidavit during that school year. The affidavit must be submitted annually before the start of each school year or upon moving into the attendance area of the new school. What is Parent Portal? Parent Portal is the parent or guardian's "portal" into Infinite Campus. It gives parents access to Infinite Campus so they can see their student's grades, schedule, and other information. You will need to provide proof that you are the parent/guardian. Schedules
Parents and students will be able to access schedules electronically in Infinite Campus Parent Portal by Thursday, July 29, 2021.
If parents and students are unable to access their schedule in Infinite Campus Parent Portal, they may pick-up a hard copy of their schedule on the dates and at the times listed here based on their last name. If you do not have access to Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please see the information above on how to obtain access on this page. ACCESS Scores will also be available for parents/students to pick up along with schedules. |

Schedule Change Requests
If there is a question or concern with a student's schedule, parents will be able to electronically complete a schedule change request form below. Schedule change requests will not be processed by phone call, voicemail, nor email to Mr. Jameson or a counselor. All schedule change requests must be submitted electronically. Information submitted electronically on the schedule change request form will be routed to the student’s counselor for processing. The deadline for submitting schedule changes is 9 AM on Friday, August 13.
Any schedule change requests submitted by Monday, August 2 by 8 AM will be processed by August 6.
Any schedule change requests submitted during the first week of school will be processed by August 20.
Schedule Change Requests will be accepted for the following approved reasons:
The following schedule change requests will not be accepted:
All schedule change requests are subject to approval based on the availability of seats. The following courses are full and closed at this time: AP Language, Programming / Games / Apps / Society, Early Childhood Education I, Fundamentals of Fashion, Engineering Applications.
Any schedule change requests submitted by Monday, August 2 by 8 AM will be processed by August 6.
Any schedule change requests submitted during the first week of school will be processed by August 20.
Schedule Change Requests will be accepted for the following approved reasons:
- To make adjustments for failing grades
- To correct clerical errors
- To correct incomplete schedules
- To correct an unbalanced schedule (for example all four core classes are in the same semester)
The following schedule change requests will not be accepted:
- Student requests a specific period and or semester for a class
- No teacher requests will be accepted unless a student failed the same exact course with the same teacher and retaking the course with a different teacher is possible.

Student Relations
Please read the 2020-2021 DCSD Code of Student Conduct . Students will have access to sign electronically through VERGE and the ability to complete the required Discipline Test and Bullying Awareness and Intervention training.
